For our fixed fee we offer a personal service, including a mobile tel number to your personal sales manager who will handle the sale from beginning to end. We undertake accompanied viewings, negotiations, liaising with solicitors and valuers etc. We genuinely provide a high street personal service at internet prices. Lettings Our market leading managed letting service is only 8.5% plus vat. We charge no other fees to landlords. We even commit to landlord fees subsequent to the tenant fees ban which is due later in 2017/18. We have our own in house repairs team and an out of hours service for any emergencies. All tenants are thoroughly vetted not only with ID checks and right to rent checks but also affordability checks. We pay rents to landlords within 24 hours of receipt from the tenant.
