Kemetco Research is privately owned contract Research and Development Company specializing in extractive metallurgy, chemical processing and specialty chemical analysis. Kemetco was formed after the acquisition of the Industrial Process Division of BC Research. BC Research had been in operation for over 60 years as an R&D contractor in British Columbia, Canada. Kemetco provides laboratory analysis and testing, field work, bench scale studies, pilot plant investigations, consulting services, applied research and development and intellectual property management. Since inception, Kemetco has grown to be one of the largest private contract R&D firms in Canada that services Environmental, Chemical and Mining companies. Kemetco operates in a sft state-of-the-art research facility in Richmond, BC.
