At Kenaz Training we strive to provide a whole body approach to movement, fitness and healing. We start by building a foundation in order to optimize the tissue's range of motion and then create true strength from the core outward. Our team of Kinesiologists, strength coaches and nutritionists have a very different and unique skill set from one another so we can work together to maximize the results for each client that enters our doors. Whether a client is seeking in-person or online training for active rehabilitation (ie: ICBC or injury), strength and conditioning, team training, or general fitness we have someone on our team that can help you achieve your goals. Our trainers are encouraged to pursue continuing education because we know that in the training world knowledge = results.
