Kendal BID (business improvement district) is a not for profit organisation which aims to improve Kendal town centre, support local businesses and boost the local economy. BID is run by a team of community spirited unpaid volunteer directors alongside a project manager. We support local businesses and boost the local economy through a range of activities. These include providing a range of grant funding, running projects, marketing Kendal as a destination for visitors and providing benefits to businesses and the public that use them.
