With nine locations and over 200 employees, Kendrick Paint and Body Shops, Inc. is the largest group of automotive collision centers within the CSRA, and we have been family owned since our founding in 1952 – 70 years ago. We specialize in high quality and customer satisfaction as we guide the customer and insurance companies through the automotive collision repair process. MISSION: At Kendrick Paint & Body Shop, Inc, our customers and employee safety are considered before all other concerns. We place customers and employee safety above profit, speed, and rest. Kendrick Paint and Body Shop, Inc. prides ourselves in being highly customer oriented, and we will go to extreme lengths to satisfy a customer. We promise to keep the customer informed while providing a great customer experience. We will perform excellent and correct repairs, the first time, every time. We will not make excuses, and we will stand proudly behind our work. We promise to train ourselves on the latest in vehicle repairs. We will stay up-to-date on specifications, and employee training will be mandatory. The necessary equipment will be purchased to ensure repairs are performed correctly.
