Kennedy Blue Communications

When a group of Carnegie Mellon University students decided to come together and talk about their shared interests in writing and media, they had no idea what the future would hold. They knew that they each had backgrounds in journalism, consulting, and marketing so they decided to promote individuals, businesses, non-profits, and niche brands that were ignored by larger communications firms. They streamlined their individual efforts into a collective group: Kennedy Blue Communications, LLC. They began offering writing and editing services. Students would request editing services for research papers, musicians would request a professionally written biography to add to press kits and media packages, and businesses would leverage the collective skillsets of the group to ensure brand awareness and longevity. Kennedy Blue Communications was founded in 2012 and is now a full-service communications firm located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with relationships across the nation.
