Kennedy Property Group (KPG) is an innovative and award winning property development business based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. KPG is owned and operated by Grant Kennedy who holds a Bachelor of Business (Hons), is a CPA and also holds a licence under the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act to act as both a Property Developer and Real Estate Agency Principal. Grant’s work experience prior to property development was in Investment Banking, working both in major Australian capital cities and in London, however a desire to return to where he grew up saw him move back to the Sunshine Coast to apply his skills to satisfy his passion for property and architectural design.
