Kent Hope offers many types of therapy to people who need it at no cost. Using a complementary mix of open-ended talking therapy and holistic approaches, Kent Hope is a flexible and dynamic service for sufferers of poor mental health. Kent Hope offers a range of therapies as we understand that everyone is a unique individual and as such has individual needs. Our one to one talking therapies offer an opportunity to slowly explore issues both past and present. We plan to become a cornerstone of local community. We believe that healthy people make up healthy communities and both are necessary for healthy business, especially in times of austerity as at present. We hope over the years to become a pillar - one that supports people, the communities they live in, and the organisations that support these communities.
