Founders Charlie Kent and Milo Phillips met in 2002 at Kings Langley Primary School, Hertfordshire. Kent Phillips Publishing Ltd was created in 2016 when Charlie, who was working on a number of trade titles, decided to launch his own publication. Subohm magazine started as a merge between his career and hobby. As a favor, Milo agreed to take photos for an event held at London Excel. After seeing huge potential in the magazine and strong support from suppliers, he decided to bring his experience in advertising and business development to the table, evolving the project into Kent Phillips Publishing.
