Covering all product disciplines for; Pre Planned Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive call-outs. CCTV, Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms and Access Control. It is always our aim to maximise available manual expertise. As well as our dedicated in-house service personnel, we have assembled a carefully selected network of professional partners and product manufacturers offering dealer support and top quality service, ready for any specific requirements. It is only installers with the necessary expertise, understanding and technical knowledge of the full product range, and able to meet recommended response times for technical callouts, who can become part of this network. To minimise callout response times, the geographical location of the customer in need is quickly matched to the closest support network member. We do not advertise but rely instead on word of mouth recommendations.
