Founded in 2013, Ker-twang is a design and innovation firm focused on creating high-quality services for the public good. We work with governments, researchers, and organizations to design, pilot, and scale exceptional offerings that improve outcomes, transform lives, and chip away at society's most significant problems. To ensure our solutions are effective and sustainable our approach is grounded in the human sciences. We employ qualitative, participatory methods that seek to understand people and the systems around them.
