Kerala Rubber Limited (KRL) is a Government of Kerala initiative for maximising the benefits of Natural Rubber production in the state. KRL aims to establish an integrated facility for manufacturing value-added Natural Rubber products. Through public-private partnerships, KRL strives to build world-class infrastructure in the Natural Rubber manufacturing sector. Thereby creating a stable market for Natural Rubber, ensuring consistent returns to Natural Rubber growers, and contributing to the economic development of Kerala. The initial focus is to promote Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector NR-based manufacturing, including primary processing of speciality rubbers. The KRL develops seamless linkages with Natural Rubber growers’ groups, co-operatives, and production companies. As an umbrella organisation, the KRL provides services to Natural Rubber based and allied industries in the state. And also act as a link between existing Natural Rubber industry promotion agencies at the state and national level and with entrepreneurs/ investors.
