Prior to starting Kestly Development, he worked for a variety of large corporations,(Johnson Controls, FirstEnergy, Alcoa) helping them and their customers increase productivity and profits. Now, mostly works with Michigan service and manufacturing companies, non-profits, Associations, and Government.
