Kevin A Kent Music - I studied music composition at SDSU with an emphasis on Electronic and Ethnomusicology. This shaped my passion for blending diverse musical styles. My music marketing career included launching Prophet 5 keyboards for Sequential Circuits, then to sampling technology for E-MU Systems, after that back to LA to work with drum machine innovator Roger Linn to launch the Linn MIDI workstation. With all this technology and digital music creator tools the next sep was to launch a MIDI guitar call the PHOTON. After selling that company to Gibson Guitar Corp of Nashville. He was offered a job as President of and Apple VAR in Hollywood, Filmsonix. The Apple office was home in the Record Plant Recording Studios. I’ve been hooked on music ever since I saw The Beatles live in 1965, and my love for Pop and Motown has only grown since then.
