I am the CEO of the Ouch! Group. I grew up in a family business and have been involved in my own businesses from the age of 15. I have started and successfully run five businesses over the past 27 years in the IT, office equipment, irrigation and mining industry. I am passionate about people, their development and the designing of well run businesses. I started the Ouch! group in 2010 with the intention of building a business that could benefit my family, our employees and the customers equally. Currently the Ouch! Group consists of Ouch! Consult, a management consultancy, and Ouch! Technologies, a manufacturer of biometric time and attendance products. uch! Consult is a management consultancy which supports my interactions in the businesses I personally consult in. This venture is about sharing the knowledge and experience I have gained through building this model business. We have trained consultants in the area of human resource management, financial management, customer management and sales and marketing management. Ouch! Technologies has over 20 years of experience in the time and attendance industry. Using our products, companies save money and time by making sure employees are disciplined and rewarded accurately for their time. Our clocking systems are installed at over sites and we process time-sheets for over 45 employees, every day.
