We are changing direction in some of the services that we offer, whilst keeping some of our more popular products. PAT testing has been one of the most booked services that we offer and through this, we have often thought about how we can offer other services to our many customers, that centre around looking after their business needs and compliances. After many consultations and discussions with our existing customers, there's a demand for reputable energy assessment companies along with reliable and trusted EPC assessors. As finances become more and more squeezed, businesses and individuals are looking for ways to address just where they are losing money - and how to solve that issue. With strong links to businesses that design and supply equipment and training for Airtightness Testing, along with other methods used to measure heat loss and other building efficiency testing methods, it seemed a great opportunity to make the most of it! We shall be working closely with Build Test Solutions, to provide our brand new range of services, to include: EPC's to existing private dwellings - home-owners and rental properties. Airtightness Testing - using the brand new Pulse mk3 kit Heat Transfer Coefficient testing - HTC, using sensors placed around your property, which measure the all of the heat lost from a dwelling during the winter, through the walls, roof, floor and windows, and by air movement from outside to inside the home. That makes it the ultimate barometer of how well the home keeps heat in and cold out. This will be our SmartHTC service. U Value measurements using infrared / thermal imagery to measure heat flow and u values using a non-invasive approach. This will be our Heat3D service.
