The founder of the company, Randy Wood, has over 22 years of recruitment, client relationship management, and leadership experience, encompassing both the agency and corporate sectors. Keystone Technical Resources (KTR) is a specialized staffing firm that focuses on sourcing exceptional talent for our Clients in the Renewable Energy, Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Information Technology and Communications Sectors, on a contract, contract to hire, or permanent basis.
