We help companies to make work fun, so that the co-workers can flourish. KeytoeY is run by Lennard Toma and Cedric Muchall, a spin off of the mothercompany Keytoe, which is one of the most experimental companies in the Netherlands when it comes to a free company culture. Colleagues that determine each other's salaries, unlimited holidays, a lot of transparency and so on. KeytoeY helps other organisations make that transition. In their own way at their own pace. If it's up to Len and Ced, the world will soon be filled with people who don't feel like they have to go to work. Work will be something extremely fun to do. This will not happen by itself. KeytoeY strives towards this and will try to help as many organisations as possible. That's why there is a podcast in Dutch on which they explain how to do this and they wrote a book:'99 Problems But The Boss Ain't One'. Follow the channel for regular podcast updates and articles.
