KG BBQ specializes in Texas barbecue fused with Egyptian and Mediterranean flavors. Brisket: The only meat on our menu made the traditional Texas way. With only Salt, Pepper, and Oakwood smoke we pay our tribute to Texas through our Brisket. Don’t mess with Brisket. Pomegranate Pork Ribs: Our pork ribs are a fan favorite! Smoked and cooked Texas, seasoned Egyptian and glazed with pomegranate molasses. Lamb Bacon Ribs: Rich, fatty lamb ribs, this cut has some of the belly attached and cooked to fall off the bone. Lamb Chops: Seasoned with seven spices, cooked to medium rare and served with spicy mint chimichurri. Chicken Kebab: Traditional cooked and smoked boneless chicken thighs marinated in sumac, garlic, thyme and honey, smoked and served with homemade garlic yogurt sauce. Mediterranean Chicken Sausage: Sausage made to tease taste buds, filled with chicken thighs, and ground with sun dried tomatoes, green olives & feta cheese. Salata Baladi: It is the classic, refreshing egyptian salad. Baladi means local. It is a salty, vinegary bright salad that pairs well with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Its beauty is in its simplicity. Cucumber, tomato, red onion, mint, parsley and pomegranate seeds, tossed in vinegar salt and cumin. Pink Potato Salad: Classic TX buttermilk dressing with roasted beet puree, fresh dill, jalapenos and celery. Mediterranean Rice: A party in your mouth. Our Mediterranean rice is seasoned with cinnamon, and turmeric topped with sweet and crunchy cinnamon nuts and pomegranate seeds. Chimichurri: This ain't your regular chimichurri. It is composed of hand chopped mint, parsley and cilantro, serranos, salt and vinegar. Rice Bowl (Brisket/Chicken/Vegetable): If there is one dish that sums up our menu, it's the brisket rice bowl! Great for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It combines Mediterranean turmeric rice with moist brisket. Then topped with Egyptian pico de gallo, tahini sauce (or garlic yogurt sauce for the chicken bowl), nuts and pom.
