Khorasan Bar Association The Khorasan Bar Association commenced its activities in Shahrivar 1377, following the inaugural round of elections. Officially recognized as the seventh independent Bar Association in the country, it brought together attorneys and legal apprentices from the provinces of Razavi Khorasan, North Khorasan, and South Khorasan. To date, the association has conducted 12 board election cycles. All-Iranian Bar Associations’ Union – SKODA All independent Bar Associations in the country are members of the All-Iranian Bar Associations’ Union, established in 1382 (Persian calendar) and commonly abbreviated as “SKODA.” Formation of the South Khorasan Bar Association Based in Birjand, the South Khorasan Bar Association held its first board elections in 1402. Following the confirmation of the election results and the establishment of its board in 1403, it was formed independently, separating from the Khorasan Bar Association. Formation of the North Khorasan Bar Association Based in Bojnord, the North Khorasan Bar Association held its first board elections in 1400. It was established as an independent entity, separating from the Khorasan Bar Association. Attorneys and Legal Trainees Under the Jurisdiction of the Khorasan Bar Association Currently, attorneys and legal trainees in the cities of Razavi Khorasan province are under the jurisdiction of the Khorasan Bar Association, headquartered in Mashhad.
