Khryptic

Khryptic is a hip-hop artist, beat producer, lyricist, DJ, vocalist, audio mix and mastering engineer, video producer, graphic designer and marketer. Arising from Leeds in England, he first fell in love with music playing keyboards at the age of 5. His early influences were from a variety of artists and bands over multiple genres, like Oasis, Prodigy, Foo Fighters, Green Day, Linkin Park, Slipknot, Bob Marley, 2pac, Notorious BIG, Eminem, ATB and Mr Oizo amongst many others. At the age of 15 he obtained his first set of turntables and mixer and spent much time learning the art of scratching. He began further education, to study English, Art and Music, but dropped out soon after to pursue full time work. He learned to mix with several different genres of electronic dance music (EDM). Shortly after he acquired his first digital audio workstation (DAW) software and taught himself how to produce beats. He later began writing lyrics as a tool to channel his thoughts and emotions into creative works. At present, his talents remain largely undiscovered. But for the forthcoming year of 2020, he promises several releases and the birth of his YouTube channel and other social media presence, which will be a major platform to promote himself and broadcast his abilities to the wider world. He is ever determined to emerge from obscurity to be recognised for his years of unseen work. “People are finally going to see and hear what I’ve been working for like, the last decade more or less. As far as I’m concerned, it all starts now. The stars have finally aligned. 2020 is my year”.
