Khymeia, pioneer in virtual reality technology applied to the rehabilitation sector, has devoted every resource to the development of its technology accompanied by a severe focus on the testing and clinical validation. The Company was established in 1998 following fundamental studies in the fields of neurological rehabilitation medicine, conducted for years by Dr. Lamberto Piron in the Department of Cognitive Science Professor led by Emilio Bizzi at MIT – Massachusetts Institute of Technology – in Boston. Today, as it was then, research and innovation represent the soul of Khymeia. The collaboration with many international research centers allows to constantly feed the innovative spirit of each system developed by the Company, to achieve the most ambitious goals in terms of benefits for patients.
