Ki Reply is a new start-up within the Reply group born with the ambition to change the world of software development and challenge the status quo relating to the development model used to date for the construction of digital products and services for our customers. We are born with this goal in order to help our customers to satisfy the demand, now grown out of proportion, of new digital processes and services. From B2C applications for prospect engagement to onboarding processes for new services, from self service portals to applications to support the sales for the agents network. To achieve this ambitious goal we have defined the next generation software development lifecycle that allows the developer to focus on tasks with real added value, to optimize all phases of software development, improve IT / Business communication with the creation of the Citizen Developer and ultimately lead to the reduction of project times / costs. This new generation SDLC is based on two possible approaches, different but with partial integrations, the first is based on the use of low code / no code platforms for the development of enterprise-class web / mobile applications; while the second is based on the application of AI to the individual phases of software development, from design to development up to maintenance post go live, giving life to a new class of tools, the AI-powered software development tools. Our approach can be applied in any industry, from luxury to the financial sector, and can be applied to any use case, from B2C application to sales force applications.
