Kickboxing Underground

The Kickboxing Underground offers trainees worldwide the opportunity to have their own "fight camp" in the privacy and convenience of their own homes or training studios. The System is a perpetual series of workouts that are rotated through in succession allowing each training session to be put on autopilot. Each training session was carefully designed and tested over the course of numerous workouts, both privately and with personal training clients. It took over a year to create and perfect this System. It is suitable for intermediate trainees all the way to professional fighters. It helps you train and perfect a variety of fight techniques to keep your arsenal of weapons sharp, while at the same time avoiding overuse injuries, overtraining, and burnout. It is unique in that there are no "exercises" to do: no pushups, no jumping jacks, no burpees, mountain climbers, or planks. This helps prevent exercise avoidance and keeps the training fun, productive, and exciting.
