They all are within walking distance to public transport, hospitals, shopping centres and University Campus. Our management do not just fill rooms, we take the time to ensure that the individuals moviing into a premises will all get along. Rather than simply "fill" a room, we take the time to match the ages, backgrounds and cultures of our tenants. We would rather an empty room and happy household. Hence our moto "Your comfort is OUR business". Rent is inclusive of all outgoings except air conditioner/heating use. Each unit or bedroom is individually metered for the tenant to pay their own power use in this instance. You can expect that "little" bit extra from our service, with one set of linen, basic toiletries and other conveniences provided when you first move in.
