Kidd Rich Inc.'s principal service is providing programs to under served children and families that focus on skill, academic, and character development. The organization provides mentoring, coaching, and enrichment programming with a core objective to also provide a safe space for underserved children and families to be themselves. The program strives to build the bridge between children and their parents, helping both to converse and engage in a way that both feel they are being understood. The program activities include, but are not limited to: • financial literacy • community service • self-confidence building activities • ono-on-one coaching • mentorship • academic tutoring • group coaching • career discovery sessions • wellness activities • life skills activities • college and career readiness Each activity and interaction offer an alternative to the over saturated internet influences and influencers- offering a safe space and an outlet for children to figure out their life’s purpose and work towards self-sufficiency and self-actualization at an early age. Through on going interaction and engagement in the activities, participants of Kidd Rich Inc. will: • Develop life and leadership skills, • Learn the importance of and how to build healthy peer relationships, • Have a healthy self-esteem, • Enhance efficient and effective study skills, and • Advance their support and interest in career development.
