Kidtopia Preschool

Kidtopia is a Reggio inspired preschool program that incorporates a blend Waldorf and Montessori principles. We view children as competent, curious, and full of potential. The children take the lead in this program, as they propose ideas, make choices, develop and test hypotheses. The teacher closely observes and listens, asks leading questions, and helps to further that exploration. Our approach is cooperative and conversational. Early impressions of learning are incredibly important. Children deserve a safe, beautiful space where they are encouraged to follow their curiosity and joy. Our mission is to make education as much fun as possible, thereby fostering a true love of learning. Children communicate in a wide variety of ways, and it is our job to provide them with a multitude of materials to express what they know. By planning our curriculum according to the interests of the children, we are setting the stage for long-term discovery that evolves and grows.
