After working as a recruiter for years I realized that so many of the people I recruited and hired didn't really know what they wanted or if they did they didn't know how to get what they wanted. I did - and so I founded Kieler Career Consulting for professionals who are serious about using their skills and interests and finding an organization where they can make a contribution and be appreciated for their value and effort. We offer programs and coaching that will assist individuals in finding what they want to do 'when they grow up this time' and as well how to navigate the very competitive world of job search successfully. These programs consist of one on one coaching, on line programs and group programs in all price ranges, with all levels of assistance and for all levels of professionals. These programs are not for individuals who just want a job, any job. These programs are for professionals who want to use their skills, interests and passion to make a difference where they work.
