Kilan Solutions is a woman-owned, professional services firm, founded in 2008 to provide specialized technical consulting, civil and electrical design, and construction management services to clients in the transportation, tolling and municipal industries. Kilan has offices in Plano and Houston, Texas, and is certified in Texas as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE), Emerging Small Business Enterprise (ESBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Historically Underutilized Business (HUB).
