We are a management accountancy practice, based in Altrincham, and we help are clients make more money and pay less tax. We do this by providing a friendly personal service, having a pro active approach and giving sound business advice. We specialise in providing companies with the information to help them make better decisions which in turn helps them make more money. We do this in a number of ways but a good starting point is preparing monthly management accounts and key performance indicators. In some cases we become our clients accounts department which means they don't have to worry about the accounts and bookeeping and can focus on growing their business. We also provide the traditional accountanting services (including annual accounts, tax returns, VAT returns, bookkeeping & payroll) to our clients. As far as possible we give a fixed price (so the client knows exactly how much they are paying for our service). A key part of our service is the annual review we have with every client. This is where we sit down and listen to what the client wants to achieve from their business over the next 12 months. We give lots of help and advice and by the end of the Review the client has a plan to move the business on at which point we can start to do the tax planning so next years bill is as low as it can be. From the feedback we get from our clients we know they really appreciate the commercial edge to our advice as well as the personal service we give.
