As a certified leadership coach, consultant and speaker, I help organizations create more inclusive, equitable workplaces and empower professionals to overcome impostor syndrome and find success on their own terms. Impostor syndrome has been my unwelcome companion for as long as I can remember. It kept me from applying to a graduate program. It stopped me from speaking up in many a meeting. And it almost made me go back to school for a software engineering degree that I certainly didn't want or need. But once I harnessed my understanding of human psychology, I was able to recognize my purpose, understand my value, and manage self-doubt when it surfaced. I left a decade-long successful corporate career to help professionals and organizations tackle the challenges that come with being human at work. Drawing from real-world experience, my psychology background, and proven leadership coaching methods, I have since helped hundreds of professionals overcome impostor syndrome, building the confidence, visibility, and influence they need to achieve their goals.
