Becky Coots-Kimbley(AKA The Bode Mekanik™) specializes in optimizing human performance and empowers you to live the life you want. She uses alternative methods of releasing and activating soft tissue based on the understanding that the nervous system is responsible for most limitations in the human body. She combines kinesiology with neuroscience, manual therapy and functional movement to reduce pain, improve mobility and increase strength. She can taylor a customized rehabilitative program to perform either on your own or with personal training. She blends holistic therapies with functional nutrition to provide you a roadmap to a healthy lifestyle. My physical office will be open on JULY 6 with ZOOM online sessions still available to those who are not ready to move about in the world.
