KimmunicatePlus - a wealth of call and customer expertise The key differentiator that our Customers have access to when working alongside us is that we listen very carefully to their requirements. Having listened, we ask any number of probing questions (much like our sales campaigns!) in order to clarify ours and their understanding of the key objectives for the campaign. Quite frequently we find this opens up a debate around what the Sales Director, Marketing Director or Business owner wants or expects from the campaign. Once clear objectives have been agreed, we draft our campaign brief and set-out how and what we believe we can achieve on their behalf. Having started a campaign we regularly review the results versus the expected outcomes. If we believe that an aspect of the campaign isn’t working as expected, we don’t carry on regardless and feedback at the end of the campaign! We analyse, consider what changes if any may assist, check back with our Customer, and agree the next steps. In our opinion what’s the point of meeting the deadline but not obtaining the best results? Once the campaign has been completed we review the statistics, measure our results against the key objectives and compose our presentation style report. We also add any additional information from the campaign that we think will add value. Our call notes which generally include some great snippets of information are returned, so that they can be added into their internal CRM system.
