We are an inclusive and passionate group of kinesiologists, rehabilitation assistants, and other health and fitness professionals working in the Greater Vancouver Area. Our diverse team of coaches have expertise in multiple disciplines including active rehabilitation, pain management, ICBC rehab, strength and conditioning, weight loss coaching, and nutrition consulting, among others. All of our staff are committed to the health and well-being of our clients beyond all else, and uphold the best in industry standards and evidence-based best practices.
