Kinaesthetic

Kinaesthetic is a creative organisation facilitating practical, bespoke workshops and courses for the contemporary professional. We teach accessible, embodied creative practice: combining soft skills with movement-based work to encourage confidence, communication, and compassion. We do this by engaging each client, whether an individual or a group, in a more interactive form of training — no slideshows to be found. Our clients are savvy to the importance of emotional intelligence, creative thinking, and flexibility in today's workplace. These are the skills most people rely on on a daily basis, and we want to help those qualities shine in our clients.
