Kindezi Academy

Kindezi Academy is a K-6 school in Indianapolis, IN. Kindezi's model is rooted in the African philosophy of kindezi, that views all members of a community as having collective responsibility over highly educating children, nurturing them with love, and preparing them to be future leaders of a society. We actualize this vision through a focus on personalized learning environments, leadership education, and a college, career & community culture. Kindezi Academy classrooms are anchored by two teachers who lead small group rotations of teacher-led instruction, blended learning, and project-based learning. We are proud to be recognized as a The Leader in Me school.
