Kindness Company

The Kindness Company was founded in 2016 by Marie McLeod with a heartfelt desire to build well being by providing pathways to purposeful acts of community kindness. Marie knows firsthand the impact of kindness on mental well being. Qualified in Positive Psychology, she understands the research and how to apply the power of compassion, connection and the capacity to cultivate flourishing in our lives. Marie wants to be part of cultivating connected, flourishing communities where people can learn and live the evidence based ways to living resilient, hopeful and happy lives. What if we were all a little KINDER? Could we combat the epidemics of loneliness, mental illness and social isolation? The evidence base is clear. Kindness is good for us, it’s good for our families, communities and companies. How could we broker more of it, creating a ripple effect of community wellbeing?
