For Kindred Living, I lead research that uncovers what makes intentional communities thrive while simultaneously developing our flagship co-living sanctuary in Bulgaria. My research—through interviews, ethnographic studies, and design analysis—directly shapes our Varshets project, where we're creating:* Private homes in a rejuvenating spa town setting * Wellness facilities powered by natural mineral waters * Spaces designed with "collision points" for organic interaction * Governance systems that balance individual autonomy with community cohesion This living laboratory applies research-backed principles to foster authentic connections while preserving privacy, creating a model community where diverse individuals flourish together through shared values and thoughtful design.
