I provide physical rehabilitation and coaching services in San Diego, CA to help build resiliency. I offer a unique blend of gentle and effective chiropractic care, as well as health coaching services. I believe in inspiring people to take an active role in their health by providing them with the tools and education they need to succeed. My comprehensive care includes movement assessments, myofascial release, chiropractic adjustments, performance and rehabilitation exercises, as well as an evaluation on how nutrition, stress, and other lifestyle factors may limit potential. Dr. Ashley Uy has the unique background in interdisciplinary care working with a Fortune 10 company in Cupertino, CA; a federally qualified health center serving low income San Diegans; and worker’s compensation urgent care. I am excited to be providing personalized chiropractic care to the city of San Diego, and the greater surrounding neighborhoods of La Jolla, Sorrento Valley, Sorrento Mesa, Carmel Valley, Del Mar, and Mira Mesa.
