Our Products KLOC – Kinewell Layout Optimisation of Cables Rapidly generates optimised inter-array cable layouts for offshore wind farms, reducing cable length, lowering CAPEX, and increasing energy yield. Typically cuts cable system costs by ~20% over a project’s lifetime. KDOTS – Kinewell Designing Offshore Transmission Systems Supports early-stage offshore wind export system design by rapidly modelling multiple feasible transmission systems and identifying the most promising options for further development. KWOTA – Kinewell Wake-Optimised Turbine Arrangement Optimises turbine placement to reduce wake losses and maximise energy yield. Balances energy output with CAPEX and OPEX to lower the levelised cost of electricity (LCoE).
