Our professional team combine a vast wealth of practical experience with various qualifications in construction and law. All members of our staff have had considerable on-site experience on a wide variety of complex projects, including projects relating to roads and earthworks, civil engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, underground and open-cast mining and building works, and in the energy sector. Our aim is to avoid disputes and resolve problems. We do this by working closely with our clients and helping them to manage their construction projects more effectively. As part of the Kingsbourne offering to provide a holistic advisory and training solution to their clients, Kingsbourne and Induna Consulting partnered in 2015. Kingsbourne have a shareholding in Induna, who provide training in construction contract law, dispute resolution and claims management. While the head offices are at Kingsbourne’s Johannesburg offices, the company has a reach across South Africa, sub-Saharan Africa, and the Middle East, through partnerships with FIDIC and various associations across Africa.
