Kingsteps Construction was established in Nairn in 1998 and started to trade in on conclusion of a major joint design and build contract with Morrison Homes Ltd for the construction of (84no) private houses at Cradlehall, Inverness with a construction contract value of approximately £5.5 million. Focus in the early days was on housing for private sale and we carried out a variety of projects where we acquired land and acted as both builder and developer on a design and build basis on projects up to £1.1 million. We have expanded our workload into the competitive tendering market and are on the approved tender list for most of the major Architectural and Quantity Surveying practices in the Inverness and surrounding area. We have excelled in both our tendered work and our own developments over the last 20 years and offer clients the opportunity to tailor our work to appeal to their requirements, which ensures each project is unique and our focus is centred around the individual. Kingsteps Construction was formed with the philosophy of building high quality modern homes in carefully selected prime locations. We have injected this notion into our consultancy service, which is based on our ability to guide our clients from plot selection and planning guidance to designing and building their dream home. We believe we offer an unparalleled service that focuses entirely on the client and walking them through the construction process with the experience and knowledge of our dedicated team to produce a bespoke final product.
