We started with one goal — help restaurants deliver an excellent dining experience. To be honest, we failed a lot. Our founders have been relentless: going from restaurant to restaurant, understanding problems, learning from failed prototypes, and putting together the learnings to create a better product. Slowly, the efforts started paying off. More restaurant owners were delighted to implement KinRe and then see how it panned out and helped them deliver memorable dining experiences to their customers. The onset of the pandemic has pushed us to help small businesses in general, in addition to what we were doing to help restaurants.
