Established in 2020 during the pandemic and was developed under the pressure even since it was found – but its founder, Victory Kirana realized the company as one tough challenger in the industry and develop services to its clients. With more than 10 years experience in consulting industry, Victory Kirana provides solution using field-based experience and convert it to solution that he offers to the market. He believes that theory is used in the beginning of a project, but real-life condition is what matters more when developing a solution. By developing needs analysis with clients and all stakeholders, he also believes that in every problem, the solution usually lies within the company and its members and we just have to find the perfect formulation, develop the solution and implement the program while monitoring for continuous improvement. After finishing his college in Pelita Harapan University, majoring in Business Management, Vic dedicates his career in customer service, people & business development, network development, sales & aftersales coaching, audit and more field coverage. He joined major brands in automotive before decided to expand his career in consulting. He always use real business case to understand actual condition and use specific foundation to develop a solution.
