Key projects include: • Re-designing the University of Manchester’s engagement model to enable effective management of digital and business change. • Designing Operational Programme business plans for integration, transformation and organisational designs to meet future commercial objectives on behalf of Scottish Water / Scottish Water International. • Developing the future global business and commercial growth programme for the Food & Environment Research Agency (Fera Science) which including developing commercial operating model and 5-year investment business case. • Leading £250m JV between Glasgow City Council and Serco Plc to deliver focused ITS and FM services to multi-million internal and external customers. • Executing delivery of a portfolio encompassing multiple projects to achieve maximum financial benefit and ongoing sustainability from planned IPO for Wood Mackenzie (WoodMac). • Designing and developing strategy programme for the DWP which involved developing organisational wide framework, managing negotiations, procurement and supplier relations and coordinating ongoing BPO. • Spearheading an organisation-wide programme including managing teams to develop CRM strategy for a £bn revenue County Council which included implementing contact centre to rationalise services for 1m+ customers. • Directing, scoping and designing a strategic £multi-million UK eGovernment programme to promote and generate digital, broadband and wireless sector for Scottish Government.
