Kirkholm Properties is a private company established in 2018, by Graham Mitchell, following the acquisition of property assets in Newton Mearns and Clarkston. The company which is based at Kirkhill House Office Park actively markets and manages the sites at Kirkhill House and Midholm House. The commercial offices, which are available to lease on flexible terms are spread over the original Kirkhill House and associated buildings and the single office building at Midholm, Clarkston. Additionally, Kirkholm Properties have expanded its property assets with a brand new bookable meeting room suitable for team away days, a business's round table, local clubs, and associations, in a quiet woodland setting.
