Kirkman Nutrition is an Integrative and Functional Nutrition private practice helping clients resolve health problems by using a highly personalized, holistic, and evidence-based approach. Lisa Kirkman, MS, RDN, IFNCP is the owner and primary practitioner who works with clients to help determine the root cause of their health concern and develop an achievable action plan towards health transformation. Kirkman Nutrition uses a whole foods approach to healing, while incorporating functional lab testing and professional grade supplements as needed to further personalize a path to better health. Areas of specialization include digestive disorders, irritable bowel syndrome, and detoxification. Kirkman Nutrition also works with clients struggling with hormone imbalances, weight loss, and mood disorders, as gut health has a significant link to these and many other health problems. We work with each individual client as a teammate to achieve successful health transformation.
