Kirsten Chick

I am a nutritional therapist and lecturer, and author of Nutrition Brought to Life. All my one-to-one consultations, workshops and courses are now available online. I completed my Diploma in Natural Nutrition in 2003, and have continued to research and teach nutrition and human biology ever since. Over the years I have developed a way of applying the science of nutrition and health that encompasses the psychology of eating and how to approach nutrition in a stress-free way. I am registered with the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners and the Federation of Holistic Therapists, a member of the British Society for Integrative Oncology, and fully insured to practise.
