Kiss House is an award winning CIOB chartered building consultancy on a mission to build brilliant homes that enhance the lives of their occupants. We design and deliver turnkey homes for self and custom builders, and innovative building products and systems to make those homes better and ensure they perform optimally. Kiss House was borne out of years spent building bespoke Passivhaus and very low energy homes. We wanted to simplify the self-build process to remove the associated pain and difficulty whilst building beautifully designed homes which are low in embodied and operational carbon. We do this because home is the foundation upon which lives are built and we want to actively participate in helping to improve the diversity and quality of housing. We are a CIOB chartered building consultancy and members of The Passivhaus Trust, ASBP, NACSbA and AECB. We are Built by Nature front runners, Lathams PLC Carbon Calculator Ambassadors, CloudForest / Forestry Commission England and Scotland collaborators and more. We offer a total solution for delivering exceptional housing projects and specialise in custom build. We have patents pending for a low embodied carbon, Passivhaus compliant building system, and ground floor system, plus an enhanced natural fibre insulation product (that we have tested with the Bio-composites Centre at Bangor University and on an industrial production line at Cormatex in Italy).
