Journey started with a distribution house being founded in the year 1997, by late shri shankar das k lalwani with a vision to explore the footwear market in east india. soon by 2002 the reigns of the business was passed onto his son - mr ghanshyam and mr bharat lalwani, and went on adding the names in the their portfolio like nike, skechers, asics, adidas, columbia, levis, etc. later in 2010, multi brand store with the name kitco - lifestyle store in east and north-east india.
